Baymont Inn & Suites

This is an honest review of this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights & booked online. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures & thank goodness we booked through a 3rd party(Expedia) & got the room for cheaper because $99.00 a night was about $95.00 more than the room was worth. The front desk staff was rude and the manager was unprofessional. I heard & saw things that I know I wasn't supposed to as a guest. Housekeeping also had an attitude & was mad when we asked to have the floor vacuumed even though it had chips on it from the previous guest. The room itself was nasty dirty. We took showers with a towel on the floor of the tub it was so sketchy. If you check out more than 5 min after 12:00 you will be charged 40 late fee. No lie we were told that several times. All in all... You can find a way cleaner room for less $ with better service and amenities. If you pay to stay somewhere then you should be treated like you paid to stay there. Not like your in The way and since you paid we can do whatever because you can't get your $ back anyway. If you stay here then I told you so... If not then your welcome. I would have taken pix if I had wrote this when I was there, but I'm home now... Thank goodness a real shower!!
