ON T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Horrible customer service. Bad vibe from arrival to early departure. Rented out the pontoon that was in no condition to be used. Duct tape, spiders, broken automatic anchors, had to pull start the engine after the first time. Ended up checking into a hotel the last night, with a mouse running around the cabin being our last straw. Stayed in penguin cabin. Very small. Advertised as modern...maybe in the 1970 s. Old yellow furniture. Only good thing was the view of the lake and the fishing. Neighbors had similar experience with a bat in their cabin, the great pubars, their first night. Both families will not be going back there. A shame because with a little work, the resort has a lot of potential. We spent our last night in a nearby hotel. I strongly advise you spend the same amount for a nicer place near by on Wisconsin s beautiful lakes. Keep looking!
