They did not have The Parts I needed. common parts, nothing special. The parts were ordered and they said they would call me when they come in. I called a couple times the first week and got an answering machine which stated that missed calls would be returned within 24 hours. Left messages, never heard back. Showed up Friday, No Parts. Repeated these steps for several weeks. On the 3rd Friday they told me they should be in Monday. I never got a call. Finally, 4 weeks to the day, I walked in on a Friday and got my parts. I never got an apology. Never offered to call their supplier. Never offered an explanation. Never called me once. I will never go back. I could have gotten everything I need off of Amazon for a better price and had my parts within a week. I'm the kind of guy who likes to support local business when I can but these guys are a waste of time and they don't seem to care.

I have been waiting on a part from these people over two weeks. Their customer service blows! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE NOR DO THEY ANSWER EMAILS. HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORST RETAILERS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! CANCELLING ORDER AND REORDERING FROM REPUTABLE RETAILER.

AVOID!!! They advertise one price then a day or 2 after you pay they increase the price! It happened to me. Save the grief! My worst online purchase ever! Don't order from these folks. Read other reviews on other sites!
