I needed to have two very old fillings replaced, including on a wisdom tooth. Dr. Karns clearly explained the steps in the procedure and was very efficient in replacing the fillings. I will definitely go back to Lifetime Smiles for my future dental needs.

On schedule, overall excellent experience. All office staff are friendly and professional. Did not give five stars because, well...it's a dental appointment. Who loves that?
