The Fancy Ladybug

I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THE FANCY LADYBUG. We were so excited to come and experience The Fancy LadyBug and am seriously let down. I went with my daughter as well as my mother and thought it was a cute little shop with cute lady bug handmade décor, but the owner to me was not professional at all. We not only purchased 3 pieces to paint, which were costly to me but a rocking chair as well. We had let the owner, Valerie aware that we would pick up the pieces the next day with the rocking chair since they had to be glazed over night as well. We picked the 3 pieces up a couple days later- chipped and not fully glazed. I called and expressed how unhappy I was with one of the pieces- and let her know I would be in to pick up the rocking chair as soon as I can, WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IN FULL. . the a total of a week later from the original day I purchased the rocking chair I go by the shop her shop to pick up the chair and it was closed during their regular business hours. I call the next day- no answer, I then see a refund on my account and call Valerie (owner) of the fancy LadyBug and inquire about it- she then tells me she could not hold the chair for me any longer because she "had no room" , which her shop had plenty of - so she refunded it back to me with out even a call or message on FB letting me aware she was re-selling the piece- this was an item I had already paid for in full for my 5 year old daughter!!! I would not recommend this business and will not be going back
