Use someone else. We’ve had two experiences with Mark’s Marine of the ‘not so great’ type. The first was when we took our boat to be winterized, got it back and parked for the winter, and found the oil plug had been left lose, and it leaked the oil out on our neighbors garage floor.



The second was when we left it to be winterized, and came to pick it up and found a 6inch dent in one of the pontoons which WAS not there before. We noticed it right away upon picking up the pontoon boat, and brought it to the attention of owner Merlin Thykeson. He refuted that it had happened on their lot, but said he’s look at the videos. The boat was there for one month, the video he watched was 2 hours, and of course he claims it wasn’t done on their lot. We know for a fact that the dent was not there when we dropped the boat off. So, if you intend to leave your boat at Mark’s Marine in Hayden Lake, make sure you take before and after pictures.
