Technician was friendly for starters and appears to be competent and helpful. he made me feel comfortable that he will do the job with speed and accuracy without compromising quality. Definitely an asset for the company.

We had a clogged drain in a guest bathroom. We called Mr. Rooter and had really great service from the team. Jordan and Lauren were helpful in keeping us informed about when we could expect someone to arrive. Josh was extremely professional and not only fixed the issue, but also described what he was doing and why. He also made recommendations that could help to prevent this issue in the future. A great experience all around.

Mr. Rooter has been out to snake our drain twice in a year and they are consistently professional and able to respond in a timely manner...even on a Sunday afternoon. Their technicians are punctual and pleasant to work with. I don't even use the coupon they offer because they have competitive pricing and finish the job quickly. Great company for when you have a drain backup.

Had Joshua Call come to the house to clear a kitchen sink drain blockage. His appearance was neat and uniform clean. He has a very pleasant and respectful personality. Josh worked efficiently, did the job correctly, and cleaned up the area when he was finished. I enjoyed talking with him about the plumbing business. In my opinion, Josh Call is a true professional in his trade.

Technician was on-site within 2 hours of our call.. He was very professional, diagnosed our problem and fixed it. He did a thorough job, did not take shortcuts and the charge was very reasonable. It was late afternoon and our bath tub was totally clogged. Daniel A. showed up within a couple hours, on time, and got that drain working fast. He was very professional and gave me some things to keep an eye on in the future, as our drains are quite old and will likely have problems going forward. Highly recommended.

Cesar Fierro and his crew could not have been more professional. This was a large plumbing project and took the better part of one week; however, Cesar was there every day morning and afternoon and kept us up to date as to what was being done each day. His crew were friendly and really worked hard to get the job done, even when an unforseen event caused more work than originally expected, When it came time for the final inspection, Cesar went beyond the call of duty to ensure that things went smoothly. I was very impressed by him in total and would recommend him and Mr. Rooter to anyone without hesitation.

I called Mr. Rooter in the past, so when we needed a new main sewer line put in, they were my first choice. Ellis and Tommy came out the first day but the bulk of the job and supervision was done by Adrien. He was careful and considerate and always kept me apprised of everything that was going on. After the work was completed, Adrien met with the representative from the Public Works Dept. and then cleaned up in an efficient manner. I recommend Mr. Rooter for both small and large jobs

We were thoroughly amazed at the quick dispatch response time and constant update as well as the quick diagnose Abraham G. made. We were extremely happy with his quick work and clean work habits. Besides, his performance of Excellence his verbal communication was what sealed the deal. I have his business card on my stackable washer and dryer for quick reference and for referrals. Overall, Abraham is a SUPER technician!

I wouldn't normally write reviews but when the service goes above and beyond my expectations I felt the need to say something. Both Corey and Tommy were both available after hours for our questions about our sewer connection replacement. Though we were unhappy we needed to proceed with this expense, they certainly aided us in understanding what needed to be done and multiple options on how to do it. They kept me abreast of all steps and informed me of when each step would be achieved. Thank you. CM
