Oh & Son Upholstery

Job well done – We recently needed a new firmer cushion for our chair.

We took the problem to Oh & Son. Mr. Jin Oh explained to us our options

for different types of form rubber. He exceeded our expectations.

The cushion was finish on time and met all of our needs plus some.

We are planning on using him for future projects

I always heard good things about Oh and Sons, they came highly recommended, so i decided to take 2 antique chairs to get reupholstered. Its now over 6 months later, they had to "find" my great grandmothers antique rocking chair. All furniture is piled up to the ceiling. If you have a delicate piece of furniture don't take it here!!! If you don't believe me walk in the store and look at all the furniture piled on top of each other. I don't recommend them at all.... i don't know what happened or if they changed owners but don't take your furniture here!!! They are very unprofessional. I gave them one star because you have to give a rating or there would be no star.

The final price was 1/3 MORE than the original quote! The quality of the job is suspect. Despite the cushions originally being filled with high quality down feathers, after reupholstering you can't even feel any down feathers, yet I paid for extra down to be added. I don't know what they did with the feathers. The reupholstering took several months longer than anticipated, during which time they never returned phone calls or emails inquiring as to the progress. I requested the left over fabric (purchased in excess and VERY expensive) to make cushions and they said there was none left which is a lie because I purchased several yards more than they required to cover the sofa. I am extremely unhappy with the whole experience. I felt they were completely dishonest and the workmanship is poor.
