I am a board member and CAMCO really helped me to learn my position as I did not have previous experience. I can't imagine another management company taking so much time and care to ensure I knew what to do in my role as board member. Thank you Camco!

I am on the Board for a condo association who has recently transitioned to CAMCO as our property management company. We contracted with CAMCO, because of their decades of extensive knowledge, their standing record of many long-term clients who gave us outstanding recommendations, and their tier-up management style. Our transition with our new property manager as been seamless. She's fantastic to say the least and knows her stuff! CAMCO does everything a management company should do and more. Our entire Board would highly recommend any association, homeowners or condo, to consider having CAMCO run their property. It will be run correctly!

CAMCO is so bad. The manager almost hit my dog while speeding through the neighborhood and then wouldn't stop to talk about my handicap ramp. I cannot believe it's possible for a company this awful to actually be in business.

Just absolutely atrocious service and response. Genuinely incompetent and borderline negligent. It's shocking to our HOA Board members that this company manages to stay in business while delivering such subpar service.

Steer clear of this management company. They do not respond to maintenance requests and emails go unanswered. They will say anything to get a check and a signed lease from you. Poor customer service and even worse communication. Family owned and run which means there are no consequences when your leasing agent fails to respond to a request and provide a plan of action. I gave this business 1 star because this site does not allow you to give them 0.
