Quality Inn

Actually doesn't even deserve a star. I tried reserving a banquet room for Thanksgiving on 11/16. Guy told me $100 deposit to hold it just in case if we do need it.
Granted it did state on the paper I have to have 45 days notice to cancel prior to date. But the guyvsaid he would wave that because of the short rental period. I have not even had the reservation a week and was told I didn't need the room.
I went to cancel the reservation and this other guy told me I cannot have my money back. That I am trying to not understand in my brain that I had to have 45 days prior notice to cancel! I told him I understood quite well! And that is the wrong way to do business. I told him the other guy....(he interrupts and says to me) that guys words are not my words. I am telling you there is no refund to you. I did not tell you so you ate not getting the refund.
WOW...they have lost my business!
