It is very easy to talk to them. Their customer service staff doesn’t give you the roundabout. They answer every call and they give callbacks. They resolve issues quickly, and they are quick to escalate it if it needs more work. Very great service, and I highly recommend them to everyone.
If they offer you a deal, believe it. There are no hidden charges and loopholes with them, you will get exactly what is offered to you. Their month-to-month contract have changed how we do business as we can now get more power during peak seasons only and not during off-peak.
