Jimmy's Same Day Appliance Service

I don't know what the complaining customers are talking about. Jimmy just left after repairing our 15 yr. old refrigera-
tor. Fast, clean, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to call him or to recommend him to friends/family.

0 stars if it was available. They came out once and said they will order the part and call back to repair the dryer. One month later have not heard one word. No one answers the phone nor do they return call's after numerous messages. Avoid these people at all cost! Worst company I've ever dealt with. How they stay in business is a miracle! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I had 2 appointment s scheduled with this company trough bestbuy repair center, they didn't confirm or return my calls, and no one shows up for 2 times, not professional at all. Void them, don't waste your time and energy.

They kept telling me they would come in.. Then wouldnt.. Never answered the phone and also never called me back after i had left messages!!!! Its been 2 1/2

Weeks and my machine still hasnt been serviced!

I have used jimmy's a few times know just finshed a job at my home that ANE appliance repair could not fix 3 times now whirlpool sent them out called jimmys fixed it same day and was done wright 1st time out love this company

This business actually deserves a star rating of 0, but that wasn't an option. The two previous reviews are spot on, which actually makes me a little sad that so many people have had the same issues with this horrible company. AVOID at all costs. Jimmy is a rude, obnoxious man who does not deliver on his promises and will leave you hanging. And then have the nerve to take a tone with you. He should not be a business man. Truly shameful.

this perhaps is the worst company that i have ever dealt with! do not, i repeat, do not use them. after questioning the owner on how he runs a business so inadequately, he proceeds to yell at me. The owner Jimmy is unfortunately a liar. He does not return phone calls, He makes appointments and does not keep them, he is obviously a very angry disturbed man who should not be running a business

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Do NOT use them. I have never in my life had to deal with anyone of his kind. He only offers a cell number, has NO office and screens all his calls. Came to my home several times to service my washer, had NO idea what they (himself and workers) were doing! Two times they had no diagnosis on what’s wrong with my washer. Looked at me as if I were crazy and told me it was working. They also had the nerve to charge me both times $107.80 even though I had an extended warranty. They call it a “service charge”. They told me to get reimbursed from the company myself, even though he works for the company. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. Dumb as a doorknob, no customer service skills, no people skills and they have NO idea how to repair anything!!!
