Sheridan Animal Hospital

Everybody at this veterinary clinic is great. They've treated many of my animals including horses, goats, dogs, and cats. They've worked with me in a very professional and caring manner to insure the health of my animals. They've never failed to work me in when emergencies arise. My animals and I are very fortunate to have them working in our community!

I called to get some information and I spoke with a lady named Andrea. She was very short with me and her attitude over the phone came off crabby. Didn't let me finish my sentence. I would have called and made a complaint to the manager but after I looked them up I figured out that I had been speaking to the hospital manager. Client service over the phone is very important to me, as it makes a first impression. I will never recommend any of my clients to this hospital. If her client service over the phone was poor then how does she treat her clients in person? Poorly done Andrea (hospital manager)
