Frustrating Service, Worst/Rude on phone
After delivery of our baby in April 2013, on 3rd day, they told us that baby hast lost more than 10% of weight (Baby losing weight in initial days is normal) and should stay for one more day in hospital. They did NOT give any medications/injections, performed any surgery. What they provide us, were 4-5 bottles of EnFamil formula and discharged the baby next day. They charged us $1500 for this extra day (apart from 3 day deductible of $1500), if they could have told us that you will end up in paying extra 1500 dollars for this then we could have given the Enfamil bottles at home instead at hospital and could have come back next day as outpatient visit for check up but NO they were behind the bucks.
Now we are calling them, they are very rude with this matter and keep forwarding us to different departments. Very frustrating. My recommendation would be to go with a different hospital and if you are going with HH then ask questions before they make any decisions without telling you the billing implications.

The Gray Cancer Center is one of the cleanest and friendliest facilities I have ever been to. I was diagnosed with two forms of cancer, one of them extreemly rare. The Doctors were exceptionally informative and understanding. The Staff is even better, they treat you like you were their only patient. I was nervous at first getting my treatments, but they were very so nice and pleasant I wanted to go back. I show up each day looking forward to working with the young persons that administer the treatments. I have never actually wanted to go to the Doctor's before, the staff at the Harry Gray Center has changed my perceptive. The Valet parking is friendly and accomodating, even the receptionists are cheerful. The Lobby is very nice and comfortible, clean, and offers free coffee, tea, and juice.

ER has a problem with listening to the patients needs. Catagorizing the need of each patient. Time waiting in the lobby is very long and not necessary. Better patient care needed. I would rate ER poor. Need an advocate if admitted into hospital. Excellent doctors but poor communication between ER and Patient Doctor. Must Improve Immediately.
