Overall
Very rude

I called to ask a question regarding one of my dogs who I love dearly. Roseanne the receptionist answered the phone in an unwelcoming manner. When I began to ask my question I felt as though she was attacking me with questions as though I wasn't a good caregiver to my dog. Why would I be calling around in the first place if I didn't care? She then went on to state "well sounds as though you already have a veterinarian" I was very upset and affended. The worse part is she didn't even answer my question which is a serious issue with my dog because I go to another vet? Wow, great potential customer service right? I live in Harrison now and was considering a closer clinic but they most definitely will NOT be receiving my business. I called 3 other places and they answered my questions no problem!

Overall
One of our dauschunds suddenly...

One of our dauschunds suddenly could not walk, use his hind legs. Only thing he could do was try to wag his tail. Our regular vet treated our doxie traditionally. I am sure that helped. But we were facing the possibility of spine surgery for him. We found Dr. Gaston in the yellowpages looking for a vet who does chiropractic work. Dr. Gaston treated our dog with chiropractics and accupuncture and herbal suppliments. In 2 weeks of treatments our dog could slowly walk and manage his bodily functions. By 4 weeks you would never have known our dog has such a serious spine issue. That was 7 years ago. We now have 4 daushunds and all have gone for chriopractic treatments to keep their backs healthy. No spinal surgery for our doxies! Dr. Gaston and his staff are the best!
