Kroger Fuel Center

This Store is congested, always out of products, check out staff are mostly immature youg people more interested in conversing with each other and complaining abou the job than taking care of the consumer. Baggers are the same. I hate this store but don't have alot of choices for Grocery stores to choose from. :(

Love that Kroger has really expanded their selection of organic fruits and vegetables in recent years. I used to live near a Trader Joe's, but there isn't one anywhere nearby now :-( But - Kroger has begun to carry more of the healthy foods and even some international options, so I can get almost everything here.

This pharmacy is horrible. It is very unorganzied and they take forever with prossesing stuff. I will never go back.

Love this store more then any other because they have anything and everything i would ever need, Love the general management, they are all helpful to me always. Think the store is run very well, at least I have never had any problems with food I have bought and everything seems very fresh.



I live in Bright Indiana and yes, I go the distance to Harrison Kroger because the people are so friendly and helpful.. Thanks for being so great, I gave you five stars*****

I feel this store is very unorganized. I like to go on Monday mornings early between 7-8 am to do my weekly grocery shopping. I go between 9-10 am now because they do not have the all the sale items & prices updated in the aisles. I thought this was a 24 hour store. If the sales run Monday thru Sunday and go into effect Monday at 12 am, why doesnt someone on that shift make the changes or have the person that does come in earlier. Also the shelves are not organized. For example: croutons, the shelves are full of one type of a certain brand when there are several types to choose from and it stays like that. The other types are not being ordered. I guess because they see the shelf is full and not checking the stickers on the shelf. I have made the manager/staff aware of my complaints but have been ignored ( nothing has changed). If there is a certain policy for changing the pricing on the shelves, I have not been aware of it. I go to the check out & watch closely & end up putting back at least 2-3 items per week because the sales were not updated. I check the flier but not all your sale items are in there. I do have other store choices, & may change. I like to use & support Kroger because it is local & would like to stay loyal to my Harrison, Ohio Kroger.
