If YOU call and we are OUT of the office YOU will talk with a live person and they will forward YOU to a licensed funeral director AT ANY hour of the DAY.         Our family love Jolene and her staff. My mother's funeral and just recently my husbands was handled with professional care, every detail. Any concern I had, Jolene took care of and went beyond what most funeral directors usually do. Can say nothing but 'thank you' to this funeral home that gave comfort to us at a most difficult time.

        Jolene and her staff were very professional, caring and understanding and went above and beyond to meet our family's needs when my mother passed away one year ago. A beautiful and memorable service was provided. I would highly recommend Brater-Winter Funeral Home in Harrison, Ohio.

        I highly recommend Brater Funeral Home! The customer service is incredible! Everything possible was done to make the funeral planning as smooth as possible. In such a difficult time, it was a comfort to have a friend (although we had just met) helping with the arrangements. I definitely would recommend Brater to friends and family.
