I've read the reviews from other people, and I just can't believe what I'm reading! I had NO ISSUES at all with my appointment! I signed in and got in to see the dentist within 30 minutes. The dentist I had was great! Yes, he spoke broken English, but if you paid attention to him, you could understand what he was saying. As far as kids running around, what do you expect kids to do? IT'S A KID'S DENTIST PEOPLE!!
I cant wait to go back & have my teeth taken care of and finally have dentures, and no more pain! As far as waiting 3 months for your dentures, its safer to wait! Putting dentures in on top of open sores, it could cause staph infection, or worse, mouth cancer!

Zombies and unskilled for profit and exploitation of the poor and welfare system. Lowest quality and dirty!! This place beats the staff to produce 200$ on each patient and at the end of the month a bonus is shared by all of the thieves (staff) . No English spoken here...all foreign doctors with little ability and no other job opportunity. Low class chop shop!!!

I am in the waiting room as i am writing and have witness the worst costumer service and poor management ever, at least three patients had to be reschedule due to not being in the system, the wait is ridiculous. They have zero professionalism they were talking about each other in front of the entire waiting room, i work for a dental office and i they would have never tolerate such poor behavior and lack of care for patients. Wow i am just floored that this place that seem so nice is so awful will not be returning.

I will NEVER go here again and would never recommend them to anyone. I scheduled an appt. for both my son and myself for 12:30. I was called back after a short wait. Once I was in the exam room I had X-Rays taken and then I waited and waited and waited. About an hour and a half later the dentist popped in and said I needed more X-Rays taken. Meanwhile, I had asked the asst. if my son had been called back and was told yes he was being seen and I waited again. When the dentist finally came back in I had been in the exam room for about 2 hours and then, while I'm sitting in the chair he, the dentist, took a personal call on his cell phone (while standing next to a sign that said "no cell phones or cameras allowed) from his wife. How did I know it was his wife, he told me it was his wife. The only reason I waited as long as I did is because I wanted to hear what he had to say about my X-Rays. When I went to check out my son was in the waiting room and I asked him if he was ready he was like, aren't I going to be seen today? I was like what, you haven't been seen yet? It was now just about 3:00. My son had been left sitting in the waiting room for over 2 1/2 hours and they never called him back. I asked why and they said they were "confused" because I had not signed him in on the sign in sheet. They knew he had an appt. I even handed them his new insurance card so they had his current information. If they were confused why did they not ask him or me to clear up their confusion? They said they could take him now and I was like no way, I am not waiting any longer. So I pulled him out of school just to sit in a waiting room for almost 3 hours while I sat and stared at a wall in the exam room for over 2 hours. Are you flippen kidding me. I will NEVER return to Dental Dreams nor recommend them to anyone EVER. I have made an appt with another dentist for the follow up care I need and my son still needs a dental check up. I would not even give this business a one star rating except I have to give it a rating just to post this review. If they had negative ratings it would be a -5 star rating from me.

Be prepared to wait at least an hour (sometimes 2+ hours) to even get out of the waiting room. Yes... sometimes there are hordes of unsupervised children running a muck and driving you nuts during your 1-2+ hour wait... but it is one of the few places around (maybe the only) that takes medicaid. Despite these shortcomings, the Dentists and Hygienists have always been thorough and professional and get the job done - at least the 5-6 times I've been there. It would be nice if they didn't overbook and you didn't have to clear 3-4 hours from your schedule for a routine check-up and cleaning, but if you're poor and/or on medicaid like me, I guess you're fortunate to get any kind of decent dental care at all given our lovely for-profit healthcare industry. Other than the waiting time and screaming kids, they actually do a good job and the staff has always been courteous and professional which is astounding considering the environment they work in and high turnover likely due to long hours and crappy pay. Another reviewer referred to them as a "dental mill," and I would agree based on what I've seen. I would definitely be wary of any procedures other than fillings and crowns. But again, everyone there has always seemed to do their best given the crappy situation they've inherited from a money-hungry corporate structure and the lax laws and lack of oversight that allow these medicaid/medicare mills to operate unimpeded. If you have good dental insurance or can afford it, don't go here - not because they're bad people or incompetent, but because the a-holes at the top of this large national chain are getting rich off of exploiting not only the federal and state welfare programs that allow poor schmucks like us any dental care at all, but also their employees (Dentists included) who are forced to work under these circumstances -- they usually don't last long at this place. I've read some of the horror stories about this place and the national chain, but so far I've gotten competent care but only go here because I have no other options.

HORRIBLE!! My 1st visit, my chart was "overlooked," and I waited an hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time just to be seen. After attempting to be patient, I asked the front desk about it around 45 minutes past my appointment time. The unprofessional person looked at the sign in sheet, stated I was next (without checking on anything), then went to lunch. I was then treated poorly by the front desk people because I was upset about being overlooked. My dentist spoke broken English and his dental assistant had to act as a translator several times during my visit. Less than a week later, the tooth next to the tooth that I had extracted began to have problems. After a call to make an appointment and a request of guidance for the pain (as my appointment was not the same day), I received no call back...to this day. At my appointment, there was no assistant, so I barely understood anything that was said to me. I then was told that the tooth needed to be pulled. I suffer from chronic dry mouth due to medication and have had many teeth pulled, therefore I know how my body reacts to the trauma. After having my tooth pulled, the dentist told me the tooth pulled was not considered to be as "traumatic" and tylenol would help with any pain. I expressed concern given past issues with teeth extraction and was then treated as if I were "seeking drugs." This included the office manager being called in. Several days after I began having pain and called. My calls were not returned and my pain was disregarded. After a weekend trip to the ER, I have now been diagnosed as having dry socket. The office would not even make me an appointment and told me I could come as a walk in if my pain was "that bad." I will be calling them today when they open and hope they can "fit" me in. I did not research this company prior to making an appointment. They have pending lawsuits for deaths related to procedures that were not necessary. As it stands now, they want to pull all of my remaining teeth (which is 13) IN ONE SITTING to give me full dentures!!! This place is known as a "dental mill" where the dentists are paid a percentage of the money they charge. After they fix my dry socket (which occurred 5 days after the extraction and the normal time frame is 2-3 days) they will be getting no where near my teeth EVER AGAIN!!! I don't write reviews on companies, but this place has me LIVID!!!!

This place has a jungle gym in...

This place has a jungle gym inside for the kids plus video games and tv...there are times that there is a long wait but that is because they take ememergency appointments which really comes in handy when you break a tooth, but the kids don't get antsy and whine about being bored once you are in they take xrays and do your exam and cleaning all in one place, everyone is super friendly and answers all questions....this place is a great place to take your kids, my kids actually ask when they are going back before their next appointment. I highly recommend anyone with children go here!!!
