Yummy chinese

I love their food. I really don't mind that they're English isnt the best, or that they avoid going back to neighborhoods that they've been repeatedly robbed in, or even that when you live in a large apartment building they won't come any farther than the main entrance - their food is great, that's what matters to me. They delivered to me on the hill...but even if they didn't, I'd still go pick it up if i wanted it badly enough.

Most unpleasurable service experience

We called for a delivery order of food, and were informed, after providing our address, that they would not deliver to us because 1) It was too far for them and 2) They don't want to come into our neighborhood. They REGULARLY provide service to our neighbors, who live literally right across the street; their explanation for the exception was that our neighbors were "old customers" (they've lived on the street just as long as we have). It makes absolutely no sense for a business to refuse service to one customer yet provide it happily for another who lives RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. Whether this is locale prejudice, some sort of racial issue they have (our neighbors are Caucasian, our family is Black), or whatever the issue is, they can be assured that they have lost our services.
