        Hot chocolate

        All I ordered was 2 peppermint hot chocolates for my daughter and I. It took forever for them to make them. (Don't they just add the peppermint to already prepared hot chocolate?) We got all the way home before realizing they gave us coffee, instead (which I don't drink!) And it didn't taste like there was any peppermint in that, either!

        Poor Service, Theft, Bad Attitudes

        My credit card was just charged $14.91 for what was supposed to be meals for the 4 people in my family. What I got was ONE sandwich (I ordered and was billed for FOUR) and the fries and pie.



        This McDonalds consistantly has quality issues, the persons working the drive-through are rude, inconsiderate and barely capable of speaking English. More than once at peak rush times there have been delays in getting product. When the new "iced coffee" came out, nobody seemed to know how to make it, and I was repeatedly told to go stand in "drive-through time out" and wait for them to bring my order.



        This last one, however, is downright THEFT - they have stolen my money and not delivered the ordered and PAID FOR product.



        Avoid this McDonalds at ALL COSTS.
