Move Done Relocation Services

My experience with Move done was perfect. They were prompt and followed my directions regarding the piece of furniture that I was having them pick up and bring to my house. I requested that they make 2 different phone calls so that I could time it to be there on the receiving end. They did everything exactly as I had instructed and they were friendly when they came to deliver the table.



I would definitely recommend Move done because of their great customer service. My experience withsharon and jay could not have been better. They did their job exactly the way it should have been done.

I choose move done based off a freind recommend and I am very content with my decision. My items have arrived and the service was perfect. I was thinking that there had to be a catch, great price, nice sales person -sharon and great service overall.

Jay cheats - Do NOT use Moving Done- they damage the materials during the move and wont honor the claims!

Jay from moving done didn't take care of our damages during the move.

I contacted by move done rep in regards to my move, I wanted to make sure that I will receive my shipment before charismas in my new APT in AZ.



Sharon gold was very helpful in arranging the move and A quick delivery in a short notice { 2 weeks} , the price was reasonable and beside packing materials charge there was no additional charges , I received my shipment on the 23th of December my items arrived in good shape and nothing was damage, I am highly satisfied with my move and I will recommend move done to all of my friends.

The movers were very efficient and worked hard, they made sure all my goods were protected and secure, i will highly recommend them to all of my Friends.

My wife and I move done for our move . Jay gave us a clear quote.

He and his crew arrived on time as promised, they were very thorough and courteous.

I felt very comfortable with them handling my valuables.

I have already referred their services to two of my friends and will continue refer them..

About 10 different companies called me after I filled an request for an estimate online. Since I was on a budget, I decided to go with moving done, their prices was very affordable. I haven't seen any reviews that would help me with my decision so I decided to write one.



The movers came right on time (within a two hour window) and immediately started working. They were very polite and courteous.

My stuff arrived within 7 days, even before the time frame given!!! All boxes seemed in tact and all furniture was reassembled.

After we had signed a contract two weeks prior to our move, the night before the move, the manage called to tell us the quote was wrong; we actually would owe $200.00 more for gas and toll. The night before gave us no option to get another mover, so we reluctantly agreed to pay the additional charge. On the day of the move, we were expecting the mover at 9:00 a.m. and nobody showed up. At 10:a.m. we called the mover, only to learn that another customer had been scheduled infront of us. Not a single courtesy call from the company. As a matter of fact, we would not have known of the changed schedule if we had not called the company. Initially, the delay was supposed to be 30minutes, then hours. At the end of the day and after several calls to the company, the company called at 7:00 p.m. to reschedule for the next day.

As upset as we were, we asked for refund of our deposit. Unfortunately, we could not secure another mover at such a short notice, so we called Move Done back. Out of pity or due to their quilty conscience, the company picked up our belongings but would not unload at our new location until we paid twice the contract amount. Not only that, the company did not have liability insurance, so we had to deposit our check with the building manager.

No matter what kind of quote you obtain from this company, "RUN". The manager was the rudest "thing" I had ever talked to.

They are the worst moving company ever. If you have a choice to move your own belongings and to use them..move yourself!!! They will give you a price and then tell you that you owe more money then you agreed to.. They will give you a delivery date and guess what... Not going to be delivered. The Owner TY is a horrible business man. He will tell you lies to get you off the phone then won't return your phone calls.
