Great color selection of nail polishes. I would recommend you to Michael he is a Vietnamese nail artist and pays attention.

The worst nail place I've ever been! Just moved to the area and wanted to try it but awful service and poor job I just got a simple mani/pedi and had paint all over the side of my skin and she was very rough she hurt me several times no apologies for me not be happy. Please save your time and money it will be worth it!!!

My daughter and I went to Nail Palace while vacationing at the nearby beach. We both got pedicures. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Did not use hot stones which a lot of salons do but I am satisfied with the service we both received. Will go back the next time I'm in the area!

My daughter and I have been to the Nail Palace on several occasions and received excellent service during each visit. The staff is friendly and provides quality service. I have always been able to get serviced within a few minutes of arriving to the salon. The establishment is clean and I love the ambiance. Highly recommended!!!

I should have heeded the warnings!!!!!!!! My daughter and I just left there and where do I begin...The place was EMPTY but BAP nails had a 2.5 hours wait - that was my first clue but I ignored that sign and pushed on. Rude owner and his wife, he was very rough and nicked my skin on almost every finger for my fill-in, handled my fingers and toes so roughly that I had to tell him he was hurting me. Daughter got eyebrows waxed, she specifically said not to make them thin and guess what?? They are pencil thin. On top of the rude service the price menu shows manicures for one price and gel for another one HOWEVER the gel price does NOT include the manicure, it is added on top of the manicure price! When I asked him about the price he just said that's how it is at the beach. What I didn't tell him (because I was so frustrated with him taking advantage of his pricing) is that I am a local. Clearly he wants vacationer customers and does not want repeat business. VACATIONERS BEWARE! Terrible day at the palace!!!!! Never again.

Absolutely wonderful service. Friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Love having my nails pampered. My 10 year old loves it too.

I have been coming here for 6 months..always great service..fast service..friendly couple..always want to satisfy their customers.. I am always please!! And I am picky..or am i a negative person... but again if you have problems... Go back they aim too please.. Have tried some bad places around the area..but Nail Palace top them..very happy!!!

I don't understand the negative reviews on this salon. I've been going regularly for over a year and have always had excellent service and been more than pleased with my pedicures & manicures. The salon is lovely & always very clean. I would highly encourage you to give them a shot & I'm sure you'll be back. Belinda

This place is wonderful.! I have been coming here for 2 years and they have always done a great job. Jennifer and Michael are always accommodating and keep a very clean salon. I'm not sure why there are poor reviews but I will continue to come here and recommend them to everyone I know.

I read the negative reviews but still gave the place a chance. It was terrible... honestly, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any business. We waited for a long time, they were very rude, and then they ended up charging me $59 to polish my 2 elementary school age girls' fingernails and toenails. They told me $49 at checkout (which I though was ridiculous!) and swiped my card for that amount and then chased me out the door to tell me I owed them 10 more dollars because they calculated wrong and it should have been $59 because of the white polkadots they put on my daughters big toes. WHAT? It was unbelievable. I have never written a negative review online before, but this experience was bad enough to warrant my time to do this.

Terrible!!!! I am going right back to demand my money,nails horrible service horrible! Do not go...you will not be happy..

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever gone to. I paid $27 for a "pedicure" that took all of 10 minutes. I should not have paid them. When I said something about her work, the girl was extremely rude. She needs to be glad she was paid anything and not kicked in the face. If you value your money, don't waste it in this place. I have been getting my nails and toes done for over 20 years and have never had such bad service.

This was the worst experience I've ever had! I was charged for a pedicure i didn't order, and jennifer spent most of the time actually yelling at me and another customer! They took my credit card to the back and came back and said that it didn't work, which was impossible. I said to [ay in cash I needed my card back to go to Harris Teeter and get money from the ATM machine, but she wouldn't give me my card back unitl I paid! i had to give her my car keys to get my card back to go get cash. I went to the ATM machine and mysteriously was able to get cash from a card that she said didn't work! i went back to pay her the $45 dolloars she said I owed her and now she said i owed her $50! i just gave the money just to get out of this place.

When I walked in, they looked really unhappy to see me, even though there was no one in the place. I got a really crappy manicure that did not last long. She spent half the time my regular manicurist takes. And was charged about 20% more then I usually pay. Will not be going back.

The service at this place was very good. Contrary to some of the reviews I saw, the people here treated me kindly and politely. I had a Mani and pedi with the gel polish and let me tell you, the polish stayed on for a really long time! They did a great job at the cleaning up too.

I was a bit unsure about coming here to get my nails done based on the other reviews but everyone has their bad days. So I went and I am so happy I decided to give it a try. I will definitely come back again.

The worst experience I have ever had. I tried to not even give them a star but it was required to put something.

I recently was taken there as part of my surprise on my birthday with a girlfriend. She and I wanted to get the works on a full acrylic, French Nail mani, for her and a Shellac mani for me with spa pedicures.

We started off with pedicures first, where before we could get into the chairs we were told to sit on the chair first instead of stepping into the bowl to sit up in the chair because we would break the bowl. It was weird because my girlfriend and I are 5'6" and 5'7" and about 130lbs so it's not like we are giant to start breaking equipment and we have never had to hop into a chair that was hip level...it was just wierd and the water was cold. The pedicures were fine though.

Then we weren't allowed to sit next to each other to get our nails done so we sat on opposites of the rooms. We were the only people in the salon after our first coats and they only two staff members sat these other two ladies at a pedicure station and made them wait for us to get done. I felt badly for them since we weren't done for over 30 minutes. The lady, Jennifer, said that she was going to put my final coat and then I was done. She put a Shellac clear gel coat on my nails which hardened onto my skin and she handed me a nail filer for me to clean it off myself. It wasn't coming completely off so she scoffed and stopped the beginning of the other manicure she started (just soaking her hands) and motioned for me to sit next to her other client to fix it. I said I could come back but she started getting mad that I didn't want to fix it right then and there. She started filing off all the clear coat on my cuticles and filed off a lot of the paint color. After she said, "Done. Happy now? No more complaining from you?" I was shocked because it was horrible looking and she was rude. I said no and that's when she got up and started yelling at me. Seriously. It was crazy. Standing up over me, slamming down her tools and then getting up to pace. The stranger next to me told her how rude and inappropriate she was being and then told her she didn't want her nails done anymore. Jennifer, kept yelling and saying she knew better because she "had a license for thirteen years" and never had a complaint ever. At that point, I asked my my money back. My girlfriend told her to stop yelling and was appalled. My girlfriend was getting her French manicure and the guy was putting on the white and there was brush pieces and dust in a few of her nails and she gave up trying to have him redo them after the second time.

It has been less than a week for my Shellac nails and her acrylic and she has already taken hers off and mine has cracks in it and have an uneven surface on a few fingers. I usually do my nails and have done a WAY better job before.

This experience was horrendous. I can not believe they are still open and never write reviews but this was so outrageous that I needed to share.

Owner was rude to me, other girls in there, and staff. Worst mani pedi I've ever gotten. Took five minutes for my pedicure and only scrubbed one foot. Left cuts all over my cuticles and used unsterile equipment. Will never be returning.
