Appliance Orphanage & Repair

Most rude and unprofessional technician I've ever encountered, recommended by many of Facebook, Model and serial number given prior to appt. Spent 2 hours confused and said he had wrong part. When did return he continued to be rude, replaced heating element then told me need to call another technician for other repairs requested because not sure how to fix it and didn't want to make it worse. I asked him why he didn't tell me the first time he was hereand he responded " I can take the heating element out." Took a week just for that. Why would I pay twice for a technician to come out?
