Green Terrace Motel

I only needed a place for a few weeks and this was the perfect place. it was very safe, quiet, and clean. for $225 a week I had 43 channels of cable and FREE wireless internet and they even offered me a discounted 4 week rate. i didnt take it but I thought that was nice. It was very clean and I felt comfortable being there. I would recommend for short term stay. Guy in room next to me was there for more then 2 years!

I stayed here for 4 months. Every week, the landlord would knock at the door after 11 o'clock at night asking for rent. He was never on the premisses, and never available when he was needed. The rooms are very small. The water is green and stains everything. It was a clean place, I'll give it that much credit, but that's all. $210 a week is too much to pay when you're in a bad situation and trying to save for an apartment. Don't even try to ask the landlord about his apartments that he rents. He doesn't care how much you need help or how desperate you are to find a place to live. He'll keep sucking your blood until the day you die. A little bit of help would have been nice. I'm 7 month's pregnant and now homeless because a drunk neighbor who I don't even know lied and got me kicked out for "harrassing him". It doesn't matter how early you pay your rent, or how far ahead in rent payments you get. If you're 4 dollars short, you're out. Even if you work everyday for the landlord cleaning and renovating his apartments which he won't rent to you. A black soul is what he has and I can't wait to see his business go down the drain once more people realize what a scam this guy is running.
