Community Motors Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep

I had the most awful purchasing experience in my life. The practices are very shady and untrustworthy. We were already pre-approved through our bank for the purchase of the vehicle. After negotiating the price, we waited for nearly two weeks for a call to let us know the vehicle was ready for pickup. We called/texted several times. Finally, the shop manager called and said he had "no idea" when the vehicle would be ready. After that, we chose to do business elsewhere.

only put one star cause i didn't have the option to put no stars. to have your vehicle with a warranty issue towed to that location (by a company their service department says they use), only to find out about a month later that they will not foot the bill because i did not use road side assistance and they did not attempt to contact the warranty company on my behalf because they gave miss information baffles me. seems like their responsibility stops at the actual purchase of a vehicle. customer service is really lacking.

Buyers Beware!! Dodge is protected by the bankruptcy laws and they are not responsible for any lemons sold. I was scammed by Community Motors into trading a great truck for the new and improved 3500 which was so much better. Not true! One month later the new and improved theory went out the window after the service engine light came on d/t a fuel injector defect. A second trip to the shop shorty followed with the same problem. Then after the third trip to the shop Comm Motors promised to take it back if it happened again, but renigged after the forth trip but gave the same promise to take it back if it happened again. After the fifth trip, they refused to take it back and said that I just need to give them a chance. Six, seven, eight, and nine trips to the shop later, I can honestly say that doing business with Community Motors has been a complete nightmare and financially devastating to have to rent a car or miss work every time this $50K truck has to go to the shop. It breaks down everytime I leave town. The state attorney general's office has more complaints on Comm Motors than the law should allow.
