I would never recommend this company. The son of the owner(the really short guy ) is extremely rude and thinks he knows everything when he is clearly very incompetent of his job. Other workers in the office are very rude as well. They are always calling their distributors to do all of their work for them.

Would recommend going through any other independent lumber yard in the area or big box retailer besides them. Try Butler County Lumber, Norandex, Lowes, or Home Depot.

Sorry, I have never had to post something like this before but my experience was that bad.

I am a general contractor and I deal with an immense amount of responsibility and liability. I had a really abstract job go on this past weekend. Where we had to add some siding scope last minute. I have just had knee surgery and I am not able to drive at the moment. It was saturday morning and we need the material out there same day. My crew was coming from 2 hours away. They could not take a huge detour to drive and get the material.



Edge Co recieved the phone call from my boss in the morning saturday around 9am. It was the smallest order you could possibly ever think to order. Just one box of JChannel for soffits. That was all. It wasnt some $1000 order. It wasnt worth the gas they used to drive it out to the job site.

So these reviews about "they dont have time for you unless you make them money" are not true. Thank U!

Very helpful employees and very low prices. I saved about $250.00 on my roofing materials and ended up buying windows and siding as well.

THE GUY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS THE RUDEST STORE EMPLOYEE I'VE EVER TALKED TO NEVER GO TO EDGE CO LOWES HAS THE SAME PRICES GIVE OR TAKE SOME CHANGE IT'S WORTH IT NOT TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE THAT THEY NEED FIRED IT WAS APRIL 18AT 1:45

Tried to find a siding product, the person I talked to said they didn't have it and tried to get me off the phone as quick as possible. I guess if it doesn't pay, you are wasting their time. Calling them is taking a chance on rudeness.
