Texas Tires

I have nothing nice to say about this company. Business is very poor they broke my lug nuts and the tires and wheels I purchase. One of them was dangerous and he was not willing to fix the problem after having the wheels for only 3 days. I wouldn't refer this company to anybody. I wish there were a rating for no stars because they don't deserve one..

BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR TIRES AND WHEELS AND LIFT KITS. i got my silverado lifted 7.5in with 35s and wheels took them a whole day and im telling you its worth the wait. They did a awesome job I highly recommend this place for everything and anything tires wheels mechnic work all that.

DO NOT, DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service ever! Paid upfront for rims and tires that were falsely advertised to me as "Michelin" brand. Never received a call back from sales rep Ali to discuss issue after an entire week (was promised by another employee Amod that as soon as he would be back into work, Ali would call me first thing in the morning). Had to drive up their in person to request full refund and was refused as he tried to say he would keep a "restocking fee", which was NEVER ONCE mentioned to me or on my receipt so now am having to dispute charge with my cc. Before I left, I asked Ali directly - falsely advertising tire brands, providing horrible customer service (especially to a 7 month pregnant woman) and making customers have to go through so much hassle as to have to dispute through their cc, is that how you conduct business? and he PROUDLY answered YES!!! I said I can't believe this is how you treat someone before even providing any type of merchanical service, can't imagine if I would get tires from them and then have issues, I am sure they would be ABSOLUTELY horrible at fixing any issues. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR FALSE PROMISES!!!

Worst service ever! They broke my lug nuts studs inside of my rotor and didn't tell me they did it. I came with 16 studs and I left their shop with 14. After driving my car and it started sounding like my wheels we're about to come off the car. I stop on side the road to find out 2 studs we're missing from two of my tires and one stud we're broken inside the rotor. They said they would fix it and it would take 2hrs... well it took 8hrs and the brand new rotor that was promised turned out to be my same rotor that they just re dreaded and put back on the car. And had the nerve to tell me after this repair they are not responsible if it happens again. So with that being said they will NEVER touch my car again. So be ware because I could have gotten seriously hurt if my wheels came off while I was driving.

Worst service ever , they didn't do the oil change right . They spill the oil everywhere and the guy who did the oil didn't even look like he was old enough to work there. I don't recommend anyone to go there for an oil change or anything else .

Awesome service esp since I normally dread tire/auto places... got 2 new front tires yesterday. 2 low pro 18s for $170!!! Not only awesome price, they were great explaining everything to me. I would as for Feras! He really went the extra mile.

Have purchased two sets of tires and rims...no issues with the work. Have all the advantages of discount tire without the high price

When I left texas tires after they did some work on my car not only was the vehicle in worse condition it was a safety concern. They did not fix the problem. I would not recommend to anyone.
