I have bought 6 cars from them over the years and every deal I made with them was a great one.

I didn't do tote the note however I payed cash. Bob has always been outstanding a real gentleman and a very workable guy. I look forward to going to see them next time I'm in the market, they will always be my first choice.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!



Bob the owner is very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. We thought we were getting a good deal buying a family van here and him allowing us to put a low down payment and starting us on a payment plan for our large family to be able to get around in. We have 7 children and one on the way. With both of us working and dr's apt etc we needed something dependable to get us around. We had the van for a week and started noticing some issues which got worse, so after our 1st payment we took it to Christian Brothers Automotive to find out what problems it had. We were hoping it was something small we could afford however were slapped in the face with major repairs needing to be made which made the van unsafe to drive. I contacted Desoto motors and they asked me to take it to their shop. We did not giving the shop permission to do the work however Desoto had them do the work and then wanted to charge us $800 for the repairs. If we had the money to repair the van we would have done it ourselves but the kicker is Bob (Desoto Motors) has now kept the van from us expecting us to pay for half the repairs and the car payment before he will allow us to have the van. Not only that but when I went to pick up the van assuming Desoto had done the decent hing and made the car safe for my family to drive he not only would not give me the keys but he did not offer to give me a ride back home so I had to walk from Haltom City to Watauga. So, now we have no car and we are out $850 because he will not even give us our deposit back. Desoto Motors is unfair to families, children, and pregnant women. They are selling unsafe vehicle and don't care about anything but themselves. They aren't in the business of getting people into dependable and safe vehicles but are in the business of ripping people off.
