Sky Moving and Storage

This company gets one star only because I had to give it a rating.
From the workers to the owner of this company... UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
Aside from constantly being reminded about giving a gratuity from the workers (which according to their own paperwork is "appreciated but not expected"),and in turn being made to feel guilty if I didn't give a tip, there were multiple pieces of furniture that were messed up ,my large formal dining room table having to be strapped to the back of their truck because they obviously had no concept of how to properly load a truck, I also had food removed from my pantry and refrigerator without my permission or my knowledge until after they left.Multiple attempts to resolve my complaints via email, regular mail & even certified mail to the owner got me nowhere , with no reply until I had to involve the Better Business Bureau and I am still getting the run around from this company instead of wanting to di what it takes to resolve my complaint. Ignoring custumers is what they choose to do.Obviously the owner has no concept of customer service and I'm not sure how they remain in business with their way of doing business. I'm guessing that most people must get so frustrated that they choose to avoid more problems and undo stress since you can't get anyone to resolve your concerns/ complaints.
I will never recommend this company and will do better research in hiring a business in the future rather then just by seeing a review. Let's face it who says the positive review is not from an employee or friend.

I want to thank Kim and her movers Ferrdi & Denis for an amazing job.I never had good experience, but this move went just perfect .Thank you guys for a good move and for company that I will use again- for sure!

i used this company because of the fake review of yp.com. i really tried to be understandable with their slow move (took them 4 hrs to move 1bedroom stuff) since it was hot out.. however, the movers continuously complained about stairs and broke three of my furnitures. when i asked the guys to be careful with my stuff- they said it wasn't their fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO REPLACE YOUR ENTIRE FURNITURE SET!!!!!!!

Accessible re my concerns and presented competitive rates. The door-to-door move to DC was even more outstanding Than the first; the movers were professional, hardworking and took great care with my belongings. To save money

I packed my belongings. But if I could always work with Denis and have the same movers to load and drive my goods, I wouldn't stress out and feel confident that the move would go smoothly. I give a sincere shout out to Sky Moving And Storage Tam, who after coordinating two moves to my high satisfaction, Must be the real deal
