        I think the tech was great. He did a good job, He's very good at what he does, he's very polite. Usually you get these people that are just humbugs but not this technician. He was just so nice and thoughtful and so polite. Next time I need someone to come out I would like for the same tech to come out. Whidden

        It went great. He's a good guy, that's the best way I can describe it. He was able to make a change in the house that has benefited us in regards to the air flow. He also noticed that the hurricane strips weren't attached to the ground so he went ahead and attached them to the cement slab for me. I'm glad that he noticed that and fixed that too. Ms. Taylor

        Our experience with Promag was a good one. When the technician came out he checked everything, the duct work and the insulation. He was so nice and he answered all of our questions. He told us some things that we needed to do to update our system and I told him that once we were ready to get the work done we would be giving him a call. He did a really good job and we are very happy. The Dicksons

        I had Promag come out and do a service on my AC. The guys that came out were perfect gentlemen. They were very professional and we are very pleased with the service we have gotten so far. We are having them come out and do our duct cleaning for us and we look forward to it. Thank you so much Promag, everyone was just so nice. Ms. Cahill
