I googled about attorneys for a personal matter and came across Mr.Russel Low''s website and reviews. Called him a little late as per American Standards and he was one of the finest gentleman I have yet to come across in the fraternity. Very Warm,Assuring,Unassuming, great listener and a person with a vibrant positive attitude. His assistant Maria is a very wonderful person like him and trust me if you ever get into trouble please do not ever look further and call Russel and your problems will be solved immediately and you can live peacefully. He is very accomodative and will work with you. He is going to be my attorney for life with my family and friends( God forbid they dont have to but incase)

I had court last week and everything worked out great. Mr. Low had several cases on the court calendar and all the cases went through perfectly. The Trustee was happy to see Mr. Low since he knew all of his paper work was submitted on time which made his job to review cases so much more efficiently then the previous attorneys. BEST IN THE BUISNESS. I met Russell Low at what may very well be the worst moment of my life. A creditor was literally stalking me going after wage garnishment, trying to take funds from my bank trying to take my truck, and wouldn't stop coming after me. Before consulting with Mr. Russell Low about my bankruptcy case I went to other lawyers and didn’t feel comfortable. I looked up online and decided to call for an appointment because of the good reviews he had (I’m very happy I called).
As soon as I got to his office they made me feel comfortable and were very supportive. He answered all my questions and explained how everything was going to be. I filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy with Low and Low. I worked with the attorney Russell Low, he's a really cool guy the bankruptcy was the fastest process ever. He guided me through the process step by step I felt so at ease the entire time I was working with him.

I don't usually write reviews but for this office I felt it necessary. I was in such debt with all my credit cards and it was honestly just taking over, I wasn't feeling well health wise. So I decided to check out a few bankruptcy attorneys. Low & Low did an amazing job with my bankruptcy and they were so fast and the price they charged me was really good too. I worked with their paralegal Gloria and she was nothing but nice to me, she always reassured me what was going on with my bankruptcy and she was quick to answer any questions I had. The attorney Russell Low was great too. He always answered his phone within seconds of me calling, I could even text him and he'd respond. I would 100% recommend Low & Low for bankruptcy.

Stay away from this office. They never answer the phone calls, but very quick to get you in the office to file for bankruptcy. Then when you call, you're put on hold, you're told someone will call back & you never get an answer back. If you file & have a pending lawsuit, make sure you ask all the questions in the world. They do NOT explain things in detail. Everything is done so quick thinking they're there to help you & it's bs. Stay away, specially from Casandra & Stephanie. You will not get anywhere. Go someone where else, I am disgusted with this office. If I was able to give a minus 1000, I would!!!!!

I cannot speak for the entire business but i can speak about one of their paralegals. I went to Low & Low for bankruptcy help. I searched around and their price was the best and they are open until 7pm. BUT my experience with their paralegal Gloria is terrible. Most of the time when I call her she is unavailable, so I leave voicemails. Do I every get a call back NO. I had even e-mailed her and still no response. In order for me to speak with her I have to keep calling until she has the time to answer the phone. Then she gave me my credit report and told me to review it and let her know if there was anything missing. I went back with quite a few bills that needed to be added and I paid my entire balance. Now all she had to do was add what I gave her to the report. A week passes and I call to get my updated report. She told me she would e-mail it to me. Taking into consideration that she seemed busy and it was a lot of papers to go through I did not call back for an entire month. When I did call back and got through to Gloria, she was with another client and said that she would e-mail it to me when she is sine with her client. That was on a Tuesday. I waited until Friday, 3 days later, and called until I reached her and said I was coming to the office to pick up the paperwork. During this entire time Gloria never mentioned she was not finished with adding my additional debt to the report. Well I arrive to the office and didn't really wait long for Gloria to call me. She told me to have a seat in one of the offices and I waited 50 minutes for her to bring my paperwork. Now this tells me she obviously didn't finish after having it for an entire month and telling me she would send it to me. Her reason for taking so long was that the system was running slow. Gloria gives my the report and the bills that I brought in and tells me to review it. After reviewing it I am frustrated because some of the addresses, account numbers, amounts are incorrect and sine of the bills I gave her were not in the folder. So now I am not sure if I trust my case to be filed with the court (she told me that all my court documents are completed and ready to be filed).
