USA Insurance Company

this insurance company is really cheap, however they can never get their story straight. they tell you one thing and believe me thats NEVER the case its plainly impossible for two of their offices to ever agree on anything. they are never on time with anything they are supposed to do. every time something goes wrong they BLAME it on "OH THAT MUST HAVE BEEN A NEW PERSON AT THAT OFFICE" the people that work there have BEEN there i pay my bill there i should know. its pathetic how they always are ready to say oh it wasn't MY fault..... but when your told 7 to 10 days and a refund check should be at your house and 20 days later you call them and conveniently the check was cut that day. thats retarded they need to really work on getting of their lazy behinds and do their jobs. and maybe the things they need to know to do their job.
