From start to finish both Dr. Langdon and his staff were extremely professional, friendly and attentive. I would especially would like to express my gratitude to the attending nurses who showed such excellent care.

The staff was exceptional caring for my comfort and professional. It was difficult having both procedures but I feel for myself it was best to do them together rather than one at a time. I also found that my first follow up the staff was very encouraging and helpful explaining post care for up my recovery time.

Dr. Langdon and all staff have been very kind and genuine in each of my visits. I originally sought out laser treatment for my acne scars, but I am glad Dr. Langdon recommended TCA Cross. The treatment was extremely mild in terms of pain, and easy during the healing process. The white dots on my cheeks evolved to puffy crusts, to darker scabs, then pinkish divots in my skin which became shallow and lost the red pigment as I healed. I would be happy to go through this treatment again if needed in the future and would recommend it to anyone with deeper, jagged scarring that needs addressing before a laser can be used best.

My procedure was for stubborn fat in the ankle area. Dr. Langdon was very professional and the process was explained thoroughly. I was comfortable throughout the liposuction, and received great detail on the post-surgical recovery. My ankles have drastically changed in shape and size and I am now confident in wearing clothes and shoes that show my ankles.

Very professional staff. Procedure was explained in detail, no surprises. Follow up was excellent and comprehensive. Any and all issues that came up were immediately addressed. Dr. Langdon and his staff checked in on me to insure all was going well.

The reason why I did not say 10 is because durning the procedure there was a lot of talking. My reaction to all the chit chat was ' are they paying attention to me.. I suggest during surgery that you put on calming music to make the patient more comfortable.
