        If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have never encountered such a rude cashier as I did today at this store. While trying to use a 20% off coupon sent to me by this store I simply asked why the coupon wasn't valid on any of the items I was purchasing. The cashier, who had been talking about going in the back and eating pizza the entire time I was trying to check out, rudely informed me "you actually have to READ the coupon." She then stated "it tells you exactly what you can use it on!" Well Miss Attitude I actually am literate..believe it or not. And no where on the coupon does it state what it's good for. This store is such a step down from Sephora. I will never be back.

        Overall

        After standing in line for 20 mins to buy a $100 gift card the check out clerk told me I wasn't standing in the correct line and let 2 people in front of me. No one was waiting when I stood waiting for 20 mins and there wasn't a sign saying "Line starts here". I told the clerk I would go spend my $100 elsewhere and she said there's the door. I will never go back and I will let everyone I know how nasty Ulta employees are and will be happy to see them go out of business!
