BEST PEDIATRIC PRACTICE EVER

From the front staff through nursing and into the Doctors you can feel that your experience and the well being of your child is important. As a long term family of South West Pediatrics I can't see getting this type of treatment anywhere else. From the causlual helpful atmosphere to the "beyond the call" clinical help I am not sure where we would be as a family right now. With multipul children and mental health issues Dr. Dickson has saved us! Literally. If you want a health care provider on your side and as a part of your family there is no other choice!

My son has been seen at this office for 2.5 years. I have only had problems with them. He rarely sees the same doctor. Sometimes it's nurse or. DO. the waits are extremely long. One was 45 minutes in the waiting room alone; and we had an appointment. I have been given the wrong information on dealing with my sons eczema. Worst of all they have not been able to provide my son with a flu shot for 3 winters now. They ran out of hem the first 2 years. Today they informed me that hey do not have credentials to provide them.
