Oak Hills Mobile Home Park

The experience I have had at Oak Hills is nothing more than astounding! Luke and Debbie's actions speak louder than the "reviews", stories, and claims I have come across.

I read the reviews and am amazed that people actually believe them. First, it's against the law to be evicted for no reason. There MUST be documented proof the justify an eviction. No one can be evicted simply because someone might not like you. Second, No one can be evicted overnight. It's by law that each person be given minimum 30 days notice.

Also, I have run into people claiming to own multiple homes in the community. No one is permitted to own multiple homes.

My personal experience has been mind blowing! Not only did Luke and Debbie take their time to get to know me (Over 5 hours), but they went beyond professionalism to assist me. Honestly, Luke and Debbie left me humbled in how they treated me.

I'm use to people making promises and then UNDER delivering on what was promised. However, that is not my experience at Oak Hills.

When I signed the papers and paid my deposits, etc... Luke said "We will help you with whatever you need to get your home where it needs to be." Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. But, Luke would stop by as a neighbor to talk. As I talked with him, Luke was very proactive and the next thing I knew Luke did exactly what he promised.

I can honestly say that its my hope I can be an asset to Luke and Debbie just as they have been to me!

Anyone that comes to me to complain about these amazing people should just save their breath and energy!

If you want to live in a SAFE, QUIET, and FRIENDLY Community - Oak Hills is the place for you!!

This is a bad place to live me and my wife have lived in this trailer park for 20+ years it was a nice place to live before these new people took over they are thieves and liars they act like your friend then they try to take your home from you after you fix's them up.. It's so bad me and my wife had to put cameras on our house because of Them The people from New York that own this park is really nice. There is some people that lived here started a Facebook page called TAKE A STAND.The people that started that page have got there homes taken away from them just because the management didn't like them.The management drives past my house and acts like a little kid by laughing and pointing at my wife he is nothing but a womenizer but if I'm out he doesn't do that there's been people in this park that says they saw him peeping in their windows at night.They will also use other peoples identity to let felons move into the mobile home park they have even harassed the elderly and mail lady

I've lived here for a little over 2 years and I love it here. Oak hills is a great community where many residents look after one another and have each other's backs when someone needs help. The property managers and maintenance are very helpful when you are in need of something. They have gone above and beyond to make this community a nice place to live and I've personally seen them working to help residents to improve their lots.

I lived there. I bought a home for $500 and renovated it. they pretended to be my friend and willing to help. they told all of my business to the other residents and allot of it was lies. as long as I was doing stuff for them I was ok once I stopped they violated me every chance they got evicted me for false reasons and would not allow me to sell my trailer so they could get it back. I sent numerous people out there whom they denied and one of the people they approved and would not let them buy my trailer and sold him a different one instead. they did the same to my sister. they are crooks and thieves and they are manipulative. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

They will move you in then harass you to the poinr of leaving or they come up with some fraudulent reason to evict you and you lose all of your money

Oak hills Mobile homes close to grove city ohio is ran by Manager Debbie zagorski Is a very Jacked up place they do everything illegal. They make false complaints about people so they can evict them out. Then They try to stop people from selling their mobile homes privately when the new applicants are approved. They want you to sell back to them and not for your asking price. They never call back you have to hound them. to get you background application checked done faster you have to call everyday because they don't do their jobs right.
