Love this place, the staff is always super friendly. and the pharmacy department is the best around, I pass at least 4 other drug stores to go here

Poor customer service, That's my complaint. Today within the hour I visited the Grove City location to buy one of the lift chairs advertised in this weeks flyer. I proceeded to the Pharmacy counter and asked for assistance. A young lady said some one would be with me monetarily. Moments later a young male said he would be with me in two minutes. Ten minutes later the first young lady said she would see if he forgot me. He came to the window apologized saying he was making ready the necessary paper work, & I'll be ready for you in 5 minutes. Fine I have additional shopping. Ten minutes later he approached me in the store and said he had time to show me the chair, I said, "Fine I'll be right there". I walked to the chair and was forced to wait again. I asked for the Mgr. & voiced my objection to the long delay now approaching 1/2 hour. I asked for any one else in the store to show me the chair besides this young man. No one else existed and Grove City lost a sale, because of poor service
