Greg's Pizza

Customer service is awful. Young man was disrectful on phone and even more rude in person. Food was ok, but would not ever go back due to customer service.

The pizza was decent, but it took forever to get it. We had to stand up and wait by the cash register for almost an hour before we got our pizza. The poor cashier kept apologizing, but the rest of the staff seemed clueless and totally unconcerned that we had to wait that long..no apology from them at all. Several other people had the same experience we did. One woman's pizza came out of the oven, and the cook boxed it up and put it on top of the oven THIRTY minutes before he started her sub. Outrageous! Sure, they were busy, but that's no excuse for the totally uncaring, unprofessional experience we had at their restaurant. An apology from the manager would have been nice, but she seemed to care less! We definitely won't be back. Don't think they'll care at all from what I can tell, though! Two thumbs down!
