        Unprofessional!

        An appointment was made 2 weeks in advanced for a massage but was cancelled last minute by the provider without notifying the client. I showed up on time to my appointment only to find out that I've driven there for nothing! A 24 hours cancellation notice was required by the client so why couldn't the provider do the same?
