Agility saved me. I went in and was told by another local company they could not do anything for me. I brought my computer in to agility and they were able to save all my files and pictures. They have great customer service, and the ability to save your files when all shops were not. I will be back to do business again.

My recent experience with Agility Computer Store was so outrageous. I am writing this because I never want another person to have to go through what I went through. I brought my computer in after it crashed and asked for them to diagnose the problem. Five days later they finally called me back and gave me various different options. I asked for a few days to think about it because my computer was very old and I did not want to spend a lot of money on it. Two days later they called me and told me all the work on my computer was done. I was completely confused because I did not authorize them to do any work on my computer. They told me I owed them $200.00. I asked to speak to a manager, but he was not there. It took me three days to contact the manager, who is also the owner. He instantly started yelling at me and saying I needed to pay for the work. My only response was that I did not authorize the work. That evening I went in to pick up my computer and the owner verbally assaulted me, by yelling and using profanity. He refused to give me my computer. The next day my boyfriend went in to retrieve my computer, when they gave it to him, he asked to speak to the owner. They would not call him out, so he went to go into the showroom, this is when the employee grabbed him and ripped his shirt and began trying to fight him. My boyfriend was completely astonished and kept saying he was just there to talk. So if you want to be verbally and physically assaulted when trying to get your computer fixed Agility is the perfect place to go.

After damaging furniture & parts of our house, Moov was initially responsive and seemingly concerned: they promised to make good on repairs, but nothing happened. After a few months of stalling and stone-walling, they eventually gave up returning calls altogether. While the screen door is a fairly straight-forward repair, the new sofa (now torn & marred in spots) requires extensive re-upholstering and will be expensive. I advise you to be very wary and hope nothing is broken or damaged during the move.
