Fay Myers gave a customer's contact information to the police without any real justification. For more, check out other reviews on here and on Google reviews. That is just unacceptable.
Fay Myers will reply with their standard BS message about "cooperation" with the police. Ultimately, this was a customer who trusted his identity with Fay Myers and they betrayed his trust in them, regardless of the circumstances and without any sort of legal justification or subpoena. A baseless accusation of a motorcyclist riding recklessly was followed by Fay Myers' cursory decision to blatantly show complete contempt for the trust of a loyal customer.
There are plenty of other companies who will earn your trust and KEEP it without permitting cops to arbitrarily and capriciously profile bikers. Take your business elsewhere until Fay Myers learns what loyalty and privacy means.
Stay away from this bunch of_______! Yeah you fill in the blanks.
I'm speaking only to my experience with the service department,but my guess is they reflect the values and experience in the showroom too. Maybe the guy was having a rough day... maybe his dog ran away... or maybe I should have listened to my buddy who told me these guys were smarmy. I was told by a service depart employee that the issue in question is a common and known issue and that they were sure that for only $250+ they could diagnose it for me. The part is $1.35, I looked it up. A known and common issue and yet no recall? Basically the message is "I'm happy to sell you something I know to be junk, but don't tell me I need to stand behind it or make it right!"
Companies like this should fail.

Went in yesterday with a friend of mine, had my paid off 2006 Harley softail to trade in on a new bike. We walked through the showroom and passed roughly ten employees. Not one said a simple hello nor even made eyes contact with us. Sat in a few bikes, still not one hello. At this point we counted 15 employees now standing around on there cell phones and taking to each other. At this point I said we're gone. Got on our bikes and almost got hit by another employee driving in his car in the parking lot. Went to Aurora Honda and got treated great. Do yourself a favor and do t even step foot in that place. If you need helmets or anything like that, just go to performance which is about 5 minutes away.

First let me start by saying I've been bikeless for a while and decided to get another bike in the next couple months. I start by calling some dealers and the last call I made was to Fay Myers and Chris answered the phone. Unlike the other salespeople I had spoken to he wanted to know more than just what info I was looking for so he could get me off the phone, he was interested in the why as well. I have to admit I thought he was just trying to get a number to start annoying me but he wanted to know more about my purchase and thought process to help get me exactly what I wanted, and he did. I soon learned that this is the way of things at Fay's regardless of the department you deal with. So, long story short and with the great service from everyone there I ended up walking out of the shop a motorcyclist again and seriously happy with my purchase and the entire process. Special thanks to Chris, David, Jay, JD, Justin and everyone else involved with my purchase and the setup of my bike and all the gear for a truly great experience in getting me on an amazing bike!

got screwed with a crappy battery at purchase of a brand new bike. then told nothing wrong I load tested the battery and it was junk. service is a joke sales is a joke .now my bike lives on a charger go to anyplace but here

Provided by SuperpagesI recently bought a new Honda through Fay Myers starting with their website and contacting their Internet sales team for help. Very efficient and friendly staff. They are clearly very knowledgable about the products they sell and are not pushy about selling their parts and service but do let you know who to go to for help. The salesman was very professional and was able to answer all my questions about the bike and their after sales parts and service team. Great showroom too, plenty of bike options to browse. Highly recommended and well worth a visit.

Was with this motorcycle insurance company for 21 years. Did a check and found out they were charging me double what i should be paying. Their excuse " We can't t keep track of all our customers accounts" So much for loyality. Stay away, you can get better service elsewhere. Remember 1 bad comment means 100 bad ones didn't post. RUN

Hats off to Bryan Penney the online sales rep. and Rocky in the finance dept. From start to finish Fay Myers was top notch, no room for improvement. I was treated like a longtime customer and family member. I was explained all the warranties and allowed to choose what I wanted without pressure. Bryan saved a bike aside for me a day before I showed up from a 2 hr drive. On top of this it was their annual open house party and super busy. Thanks so much Bryan for your excellent service and professionalism.
