They don't use any gimmicks or fad diets and each patient has one-on-one meetings with the Dr. & Dietitians. They educate on smart food choices and help manage medical problems you may have such as diabetes or depression. The staff is really friendly and I like that the programs are all individualized to focus on the patient and their personal success.
