Ruby Tuesday

The service was decent but my food was almost cold and tasted like it had been cooked a hour before I got there.

We had the best dinner at Ruby Tuesday in Greenwood, SC! The service was excellent and the food was delicious! Get the Asiago Sirloin it's amazing!

I usually visit that Ruby Tuesday at least once a month. But lately everytime I go I have bad service. The steaks are terrible, I ask for my steak well done and everytime it comes out medium. The side orders are cold and the take back one thing at a time and bring back seperate. The servers are not friendly they do not care when you advise them of the food problem. On top of that the manager is also the same way, he just looked at me like I was crazy when I advised him of the problems I had before. The same issues occured on 2 other occassions, I do not plan on eating there anymore mainly because of the attitude of the server and manager. I felt as if I was not important at all.
