When I called to make the appointment, Tammy said the system was down and she'd call me back with confirmation of my appointment and with information I had asked for. She never called back. I called back and had to leave a message. I asked for confirmation of my appointment and for a time range they'd be there. I never received a return call. I called again and finally spoke to Tammy again, who said they'd be here between 9 and 11. I waited around until 11:15 and there was no tech in sight and no call from them. I called and spoke to Tammy, who said she would check on the tech because he'd finished the jobs ahead of me. She called me back saying she didn't know where the tech was and there was no guarantee of times anyway. I said I understood that but a call would be nice if they're running late because I was waiting around for him. She asked if I could leav my house unlocked (the controller is in the garage). I said no way. I said to cancel my appointment because this was ridiculous and she hung up on me. Never use this company.
