Kims Nails

Have been couple times wont return, staff friendly, polish on nails begin to peel off within hours & once my sister & I waited 45 minutes while while a couple staff talked on phone & played games; we walked out never to return.

My second time getting a Gel manicure. I went to a different place in a different state visiting family my first time was absolutely in love come back to indy went here and the gel manicure was horrible not smooth and started chipping off within 2 days!!

I absolute love this place! They do such great work, super clean, recently they got brand new pedi massage chairs, I've never waited longer than 20 minutes on a busy day, and they are so informative on nail care. I have had both Key and Sarah they are awesome and I'm sure the rest of the staff does great work as well. I recommend this place to my friends and family all of the time! I will never go anywhere else! I go once a month for a pedicure and manicure with gel nail polish. My nails use to be dry and brittle and now they at long and strong ! :)

I get my nails done all the time and I go today to get a fill ag Kims Nails and this guy made 7 of my fingers bleed and when I told him that they hurt he said it's suppose to. I get my nails done all the time, and they have NEVER hurt this bad. They burn and feel like they are on fire. I was crying that's how bad it hurt. The guy didn't even finish because I couldn't take it anymore. The lady that owned the place was there and saw that my nails were bleeding and I told her I wasn't paying and she said she understands.

I went here for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it! Kim did such an amazing job and my nails look fabulous. The customer service was very good as well. She really knows what she's doing and I will definitely be back.

Took my high functioning autistic daughter and her friend there yesterday to get their nails done , waited a hour and seen the employes standing around talking and eating candy very unprofessional horrible expirence for my daughter called nail guru down the street and went there had great service !!! So they got my 20 $ tip next time nail guru it is :(

First she said I had to pay more because it was too much work to repolish my whole nail instead of just half of each nail where the polish chipped. What?! Is this a jigsaw puzzle. Then she told me I didn't have enough proof. Nevermind the date and time stamp on my camera phone or the sign in sheet from that day or how about asking the technician sitting right behind you is she remembers when I came in. She didn't even TRY! Missy, you may have the power to be snide and condescending but I can still write a review. And one thing you will find out quick, from one business owner to another, is that you WILL NOT survive without repeat customers and positive word-of-mouth. Way to stand behind your work...with your broke down massage chairs.

The customer service is horrible and I was rushed. I came in for a simple fill in and felt more like a number than that I was actually getting a worthwhile service. There are several other options for nail salons within the area and I highly recommend avoiding this place.
