        Energy Fitness is a Boutique Fitness studio located in Downtown Memphis since 2002. With our "Energize Method" of training, we get results for our clients fast and safe. Our method incorporates 30 minute personal training sessions, customized meal plans, nutrition coaching, fitness assessments, supplements, accountability, and email and phone support. Memphis Health & Fitness Magazine readers voted us Best Boutique Fitness studio 3 years in a row, 2013-2015.         Very knowledgable staff. Tonya Tittle (the owner) really knows her stuff and runs a tight ship. All her trainers give a killer workout. I have lost 50 pounds and 10% bodyfat. I would not push myself as hard as Tonya pushes me. When I have to change my schedule and get trained by another trainer other than Tonya, they follow the program already set up for me and push me to my limits.
