Good cheap apartments. If you don't need a pool or anything these are good apartments.

Overpriced and run by money-grubbing older folk with every intention of running you into the ground. They randomly turn off the A/C and do everything they can to get as much out of you as possible. Hidden fees, a ridiculous lease (no TVs or radios allowed in the rooms; no guests allowed for more than two days; no candles; not allowed to fix your own car in the parking lot), and an unwillingness to work with you as soon as you say you're leaving (in fact, they told us with a smile that they were taking us to court). Generally unbearable landlord, the apartments themselves are trash, and most of the neighbors deal drugs. Basically, this place is a bad idea; you will be ripped off.
