Laupus Library, founded in 1969 and located in Greenville, N.C., provides a wide range of medical and health science books to students. It is a part of East Carolina University. It has a reserve collection for course support, and an audiovisual collection that includes videos, audiocassettes, anatomical models, slides, charts and microfilms. The library offers bibliographic management and collection support services, and oversees the technical functions, catalogs and processing, serials and stacks, maintenance and student assistance services. It also provides computing and networking technology services, including training, teleconferencing, operations support, and server and workstation maintenance. Laupus Library serves the Brody School of Medicine, Eastern Area Health Education Centers, and the School of Allied Health Sciences and Nursing.
