They’re a terrible place to rent from, they enforce that you cannot have pets and some of their residents has pets that has fleas and it’s getting into other people apartments. They claim they couldn’t do anything to get the person that’s not cleaning their home and keeping their fleas inside. I shouldn’t have to pay rent to stay somewhere where i will have to worry about getting fleas because they don’t know how to get their residents or enforce rules. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I’ll let this be known on every social media and news.

I paid a $30 application fee and applied and they keep giving me excuses as to why they can't process it. I have good credit and all they have to tell me is whether I can rent from them or not. I was trying to sublease an apartment and now I can't because they were too slow. Horrible service in the office. I have friends that have also complained about them. Don't waste your time or money.
