Tripp Bruce R Jr DDS

I started going to this dentist because of my work schedule. He was open on one Saturday a month. He sometimes would schedule my cleanings 2-3 months apart, as my insurance paid for 3 a year. Every time I went he would find something wrong most of the time it was that I needed a crown. Sometimes when I would go for a crown he would take additional X-rays and tell me I needed something else like 2 fillings even though I had just had a cleaning 2 months earlier. My wife also noticed that almost everyone that came out needed some type of expensive treatment. Also the office staff were very rude to my wife after she questioned why a crown was $100 more than was quoted. Once Dr. Tripp realized my new wife had good insurance he was all out in the waiting room trying to talk to her. After I decided to change dentists I found out the every crown he did was fitted wrong and now am having to have all of them replaced. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. He only cares about money!!

I have been dealing with Tripp for a while. He does allow me to pay monthly and I really appreciate it. However, he over charges my insurance companies, high interest rates, and wants to do expensive procedures. I owe him 6.000 and once he is paid; I will not return.

I went there to have two teeth pulled and three filled from locking my jaw and gritting teeth at night. My experience was a nightmare. He couldn't sedate me with the gas so instead of giving me a pill or sending me to an outpatient center after noticing one had broken into my upper jaw, he proceeded in an attempt to pull it out. It broke worse then it already was in the first place. After being toatlly awake throughout the whole procedure I was told that there were going to be no sutures of any kind, He was not going to fill the holes to keep my teeth from moving. I have had problems since then and the procedure was completed over four years ago. I've not returned since and I highly recommend that you be highly cautious if you do decide on this dentist.
